2018 Easter Orienteering - The Australian Three Days

Southern Tasmania continued to offer bright sunny weather as we travelled north of Hobart to Lovelybanks for Days 1 and 2, and east to Redbanks for Day 3.

The organisers outdid themselves in selecting sites for accessibility and excellent assembly areas, catering and the ever welcome coffee van. They ordered excellent weather as well.

Multi-day events offer the opportunity to catch up with old friends and make new ones as well as visits to new places/returns to old favourites. There was bush walking by some (including a night under canvas in the rain prior to the events), bird watching, the highlights of Hobart, and wide spread enjoyment of Tasmanian scenery.

The Easter 3 Days is a cumulative score competition, with results only for those who finished all three events.
