Well the Tour of Tassie moved on to events 6, 7 and 8 .
Event 6 was held at Verwood. Whilst it was a minor event the competition was just as fierce.
Dave Lotty was 9th on Course 2 and Dick Ogilvie 13th on the same course. Maureen Ogilvie was 13th on Course 3.
Event 7 was a sprint event held in the grounds of UTAS in Launceston.
Dave Lotty placed 3rd in M60, Maureen Ogilvie was 3rd in W75 and Dick Ogilvie was 5th in M65
Event 8 was held at Lively's Bog near St Helens. Maureen Ogilvie continued her great form for a win in W75 and Dick Placed 8th in M65. The winning times looked a little on the slow side and perhaps suggest that the courses may have been a little long / tough or too boggy. Pity Terry Murphy wasn't there as he would have been sure to find out one way or the other for us.
